James River County Park

Well we made it to Ft Clinch StatePark in Florida. Great park! then off to SC. James River County Park. This is a destination campground, dog park, water park, kayak rentals, bike and hiking paths, climbing wall. Has some cabins plus great sites to camp with hookups. Nice people at the Rally and we even took a tour of the Yorktown, an aircraft carrier, a Sub, and a Coast Guard cutter. Rained one PM and night.
No problems with car or RV. YIPPEE

RV trip number 2 to "check things out"

Well we are to leave this weekend for South Carolina. It seems as though we need to have some mini trips to get things right for the BIG trip. Last time out we were checking the new Ford Escape on it's first tow. That didn't work out too well since it blew it's transmission after being towed only 198 miles. It is all fixed now, we are off to test it again.
